The American Meteorological Society's annual meeting at Baltimore, January 29 - February 1, 2024, displayed book
entitled "Statistics and Data Visualization in Climate Science with R and Python" authored by S.S.P. Shen and G.R. North. Professor Shen had a photo with his book readers in front of the Cambridge University Press (CUP)'s exhibition booth at the meeting on January 30, 2024. CUP's booth also displayed Professor Shen's another book: "Climate Mathematics: Theory and Applications" by S.S.P. Shen and R.C.J. Somerville.
